Then we'll convert the file and make a test emblem, apply it to a helmet, and provide photos to you. 2) We will attempt to create your helmet emblems using a layered/raised style first. If there is a high level of detail or if there are surface abnormalities that are unable to be corrected, we will create your medallion with an even textured finish instead. REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM ITEMS Custom items have the cost of any design work and file conversion/setup included in the cost. There are two stages to a custom order: Design and Production. An order cancellation may be requested if made prior to production of your order, however a $25 design fee will be deducted from the refund. Once production of your order begins, no refunds will be issued.
