Only the best-suited florals from your bouquet will be used once they’re dried. This listing is exclusively for using your own flowers, which you will need to ship to our studio at your own expense. We can preserve flowers from a variety of special events, including weddings, engagements, and memorials/funerals. Last-minute orders are welcome! However, if possible, please message us to discuss any details before the event takes place. Fresh flowers are very delicate and should be MAILED OVERNIGHT within 2-4 days after the event to ensure they arrive in the best condition for preservation. If your flowers don’t arrive in perfect shape, don’t worry! We take pride in our floral reconstruction process and will work our magic to bring them back to life. Want to save on overnight shipping? We can provide helpful tips to reduce shipping fees. We also accept pre-dried or air-dried flowers. If you have already dried your flowers—whether air-dried, pressed, or professionally dried—please let us know, and we will provide detailed shipping instructions. If you’re sending pre-dried flowers, overnight shipping is not necessary. 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘾𝙀𝙎𝙎 The timeline for completion depends on when we receive your flowers, their condition, and the size of the arrangement. The preservation process can take between 3 to 4 months. 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧! If your wedding falls on a Friday or Saturday, please confirm with your chosen courier that they guarantee next-day delivery. Otherwise, hold onto your flowers and ship them on MONDAY for TUESDAY delivery, as most UPS and FedEx locations do not operate on Sundays. If you drop off your flowers on a Saturday or Sunday, they may sit in the box for an extra day or two before reaching us. If you are a local customer in the Dallas area or surrounding regions, your booking reserves a spot for free pickup if you are within a 20-mile radius. Otherwise, we can arrange a drop-off time to avoid shipping costs. CM LUX is not responsible for damaged or lost flowers during shipping. Upon receiving your flowers, we will send you pictures of how they arrived. Please keep in mind that the condition of the flowers we receive will be what we work with. Delicate flowers like tulips and orchids tend to dry paper-thin. Additionally, the shape of each flower changes after preservation. Color correction is offered to all clients at no extra cost.
