The graphic is direct-to-garment (DTG) printed. This process embeds water-based ink directly into the fibers, giving the print a soft feel and allowing for designs with high levels of detail and color depth.
- PROTECTING THE SHIRT -
DTG shirts are far from delicate and can handle a lot of wear and tear before the graphic starts to fade. However, to ensure the print’s longevity, I follow these three tips when washing my shirts:
1) Turn the shirts inside out when I wash them.
2) Use cold water whenever possible, and warm water if cold isn’t available.
3) Hang dry the shirt when you can, or, if in a hurry, use the tumble dry setting on low heat.
