👕 SIZING
• Sizing is unisex and runs true to size. Hoodies run on the smaller side so I recommend sizing up 1 size up from your regular size, especially if you are a male for a more relaxed & comfortable fit. For an oversized fit order 2+ sizes up.
• Go up 2-3 sizes from your normal size for an oversized look (similar to the models in the photos). Models are wearing a size L-XL for reference.
• For more sizing information, please refer to the full size chart found in listing photos before placing your order. We cannot not offer refunds of exchanges as your hoodie is made to order just for you!
🏷️ PRODUCT DETAILS
• Hoodies and sweatshirts are plush, soft and comfortable with a heavy blend of 50% pre-shrunk cotton/50% polyester.
• 100% cotton crewnecks and 80/20 hoodies are available by request, please send me a message BEFORE purchasing.
• Tees solid 100% preshrunk cotton.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• As this item is made to order specifically just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item you received. If for some reason there is a fault or issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will absolutely fix it for you!
• We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed & abandoned/returned packages due to inability to deliver/receive. Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
🖨️ PRINTING METHOD
• All printed orders are printed using direct to garment printing. As all orders are custom made for you, they are fresh off the press and as a result on the rare occasion they may arrive with a slight vinegar smell or discolouration around the print. Do not worry, this is completely normal and both will disappear after the first wash! It is simply from the fixation agent applied during the printing process, which helps the ink bond with the fabric. Without it, the ink would flake off so we have to use it. All inks used for printing are Oeko-Tex certified and safe :)
👕 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash item inside out on a COLD gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours
Tumble dry on cool, or air dry for longest life
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
Do not iron directly on the design

All orders are final, however if a change needs to be made please message me and I will do our best to help and fix it if your order hasn’t yet been processed.
