The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Once we receive them we will issue you a full refund-you'll just have to pay for the return postage. To ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.

If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. wrong size), we'll gladly exchange them as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving them. The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition.
