1. We do not accept returns on regular orders or Custom Orders. For Custom Orders we can offer to remake the Custom Order ONLY IF there was a mistake on our part. For regular orders we can exchange the item ONLY IF the item has a manufacturer defect. You must provide photo proof.
2. If the mistake was ours you have 3 days to contact, 7 days to ship. Buyer pays shipping
3. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on "damaged items," during shipping transit for regular orders or Custom orders. We secure our order packages with extra bubble wrap and packaging popcorn for extra security.
4. We do not accept cancellations or changes once you have paid and approved the mock up on Custom Orders.
5. We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds on Custom Orders or regular orders.
6. We do not offer returns if "you did not like the item," on regular orders OR Custom Orders.
