This is for a Civic FK8 Type R replica spoiler. It will only fit the Hatchbacks. It DOES not fit the sedans or coupe.
The installation of this spoiler requires you to remove the trims of the trunk / hatch in order to have access from behind. Before drilling, You must then put on tapes on the surface to protect the paint, be able to mark and template. Start from a smaller drill bit and move up. After you drill the holes, test fit to see if you are able to bolt or screw the spoiler. After the tests are done, apply some primer in the holes in order to protect the paint from rusting. Screw on everything and do tests, make sure the spoiler is properly tighten and doesnt move too much (A bit of vibration is normal). After everything is done, you can now put back the trims and enjoy the new look.
