Please keep in mind, Grillz that we manufactured is intentionally considered Jewelry, NOT ANY DENTAL WORK. The Grillz are not intended to be or act as dental work replacement, but as an accessory to complement an individual appearance. Natural wear and tear (Smoking, Eating, Drinking) will occur or damage the items. If Grillz are not fit or looks correctly, client must notice at time of pick up or deliver. If Grillz are damage (depend on severity), they might have to be remade from scratch (It will cost extra).

* Sterling silver 925, never rust but requires regular cleaning and polishing to prevent tarnishing.
*10K gold, the least expensive karat but strong enough to against bending but still tarnished if contact with certain type of heats.
* 14K gold, wise choice for a consumer on a budget. It has medium hardness, very bright shine and durable. (Still tarnished if smoking but not quick as 10K)

After making purchases, you will receive a free mold kit that included from yours order for your dental impression. It takes 2-3 days for our workshop to manufacture your Grillz since the time we RECEIVED BACK the Mold Impression from you. Your completed product will be shipped back within 3-5 business days under First-Class Mail. You can boost up the shipping process with the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express options.
*** Due to popular demands, we are now offering the custom Grillz with 14k Gold Plated over sterling silver that has a Real Gold - looking without heavy price tags like actual 14k Solid Gold. Typically, our Silver Grillz are dense and the Gold Plated will last up to three months for a weekly user before the plated layer begins to show signs of being faded. Re-plating only cost $20 for a set, $40 for a pair.
