➤On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
➤On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
➤In the hood for hoodies.

- Only receive wrong embroidery, error embroidery , wrong size due to our store.
- Just need the embroidery order missing some parts, wrong shirt design (10% -50%)
- Charge 70% of the design fee for cancellations.
- In case you provide the wrong shipping address: We will charge a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the shipping fee for the order (the value of the label we buy)
- Order Cancellations are accepted for 12 hours after your purchase.

- Outline embroidery $5 for : change design after receiving design proof, second sleeve, an additional embroidery and a new placement
- Full-thread embroidery $10 for : change design after receiving design proof, an additional embroidery and a new placement.
