As a creator myself, I know what 3D molds are supposed to feel like, I know how they are supposed to perform in order for them to be functional. There are only a handful of sellers who are also makers/creators with this unique knowledge. If you are looking for something specific that we don't already or can't offer, we'd be more than happy to point you in the direction of 2 other (US) sellers that we ourselves have purchased from, those being reputable, honest and trustworthy with the same quality standards of our molds at a reasonable turn around/lead time.
All of our molds are printed using top of the line Prusa i3 MK3S+ Printers and the industry's highest standard of PLA+ (Polylactic acid) Filament which is a biodegradable thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. The type of filament used to print 3D objects is crucial. If the filament is thin & of poor quality, it will not last, can warp easily, get waterlogged and may unravel. Our molds ensure a perfectly uniform end product each & every time. We believe it is worth the extra money for this printer and filament because it produces a very high quality product that is super easy to mold and unmold, grabbing every detail of the design for a finished product that will blow your customers away.
We inspect every mold after it's done printing for any imperfections such as burrs or thin strands of filament left after the printer has finished it's job. We then sand/deburr as needed. You may see some sanding marks on your mold or smudge marks from the printing process, however this does not affect the molds performance in any way. We want to insure a smooth molding/unmolding experience for our customers because we care about how the final product works and we want to help you be successful in your own bath bomb business. If you EVER have ANY issues using our molds, please contact us personally and we will help in the best way we can. We can be reached via email, phone, text, IG message, FB message, youtube channel. Excellent Customer Service is our #1 priority. We DO have a Youtube Channel where we demonstrate the use of our molds to help you be successful, no matter what skill level you are.
Please check with us FIRST before placing your order if you are in a hurry to receive your mold(s). We do NOT currently stock 3D bath bomb molds, each mold is made to order. Our current processing time is only 1-3 business days from time of order to shipment. Holidays, sales, multiple items purchased per order and shop vacations will add additional time. To date, our longest lead time was 4 business days for a huge, multi day print.
NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL. ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL OUR MOLDS. Apologies, we only ship within the continental USA due only to the rising costs of shipping outside of the US.
Care of your mold:
Your mold can be easily cleaned by rinsing with lukewarm water and then drying with a towel. Molds are NOT dishwasher safe and should not be soaked or submerged in water, as they can get waterlogged by doing so.
The mold is heat sensitive and may warp if exposed to very hot temperatures. We do include a mold "care" card, along with our personal bath bomb recipe, in each/every order.
