While it may look intimidating, it really is simple to put together. You don't have to be Crafty, or have prior experience, the instructions will guide you step by step :) I recommend making it the day before so you won't have to stress the day of your Event! What you will need:
* A Hand Pump (NOT INCLUDED) will be needed to inflate the Balloons, it is the only way you can inflate the 5 inch minis. You can find one at Amazon, or Target/Walmart for a few dollars.
* Scotch Tape or Glue Dots to secure Daisies and Foils
