The best way to measure your wrist circumference is to cut a half inch (1.5cm) strip off of a sheet of paper, wrapping it around the wrist, over the wrist bone, so that it makes continuous but gentle contact the whole way around. Mark the overlap with a pencil, lay it out flat, and measure the circumference to the nearest 1/8th inch (0.25cm). It is easiest to accomplish with two people.
