MUGS:
Ship with 7 business days. Mugs ship separately from all other products in the shop.
DRIED HERBS/POWDERS:
Ship within 7 business days.
TINCTURES:
Ship within 7 business days. (Please note: alcohol free tinctures may take longer bc they are not shelf stable and are made in very small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness without the use of preservatives All alcohol free tinctures need to be refrigerated to extend shelf life)
OILS:
Ship within 7 business days. All infused oils are made fresh per order.
CAPSULES:
Ship within 7 business days. Please note capsules are ground fresh and made per order to ensure the highest quality & freshness.
LIVE CULTURES:
Ship Monday's & Friday's. If you order on a Monday or a Friday your order will likely not go out until the following ship day.
Please allow a 5 (business) day grace period for processing orders. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with orders and life and things take longer. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Business days are Mondays-Fridays minus Holidays. If USPS is closed it is not considered a business day.
PLEASE NOTE- Often you will get an email stating that your order has been shipped but if you check the tracking it will say "pre-shipment". This is bc when the shipping label is purchased you will automatically be notified. More often than not we purchase shipping labels and then use them to keep track of orders as we are processing. Processing times are typically still the same regardless of when the shipping label is printed. It can also take 24-48 hrs for the tracking info to update after packages are received by shipping carriers. Once orders are handed off to the carrier, we cannot control processing or transit times of shipping carriers.
**If it is a large or custom order it may take longer to process depending on how busy we are and how large the order is. If you absolutely need your order right away or by a certain date please let us know. Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.**
Please understand I am a single Mother, and we are a small family-owned business. Each order is hand made fresh with care not sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with orders and shipping may take longer. We do our very best to get orders out in a timely manner with the highest quality. Also, please understand shipping carriers have been understaffed and overwhelmed since the pandemic. We live in a very rural area & sometimes orders are delayed after dropping them to the shipping carrier. We are all (Living Farms & shipping carriers) working very hard to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Thank you so much for supporting our small business!
***RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICIES***
1. Cancellations are only accepted within one hour of placing an order, NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is an issue with your payment, shipping address, or the order itself please contact us right away.
2. If you’re package is returned because you provided the wrong address, we are happy to resend your order, but you will need to pay for the shipping. Otherwise, once we receive the returned package you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 30%restocking fee. If usps/ups makes the shipping error, please reach out right away, so we can help open a case with the shipping carrier.
3. If your order is “arriving late” but still in transit we have no control over shipping carriers transit time. Once your item is in transit a refund/replacement will not be given unless the item is lost in transit.
4. If your order is delivered but you haven’t actually received the item, there are a few things you can do per Etsy Policies...
~Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
~Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name, and your shipping address.
~If it was shipped via USPS priority shipping please reach out to us
~Reach out to Etsy customer support for a full refund through the buyer protection program.
5. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date. Only items that still have the seal intact are eligible for returns. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 7 days minus a 30% restocking fee. If an item is returned with the seal broken, a refund will not be issued.
6. If there was an error on our part with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery date. We will need a picture verification of the product that was sent with the seal intact. If the seal is not intact a replacement will not be issued. Once we receive verification we will send the correct item the following business day.
7. If your order arrived damaged or there is an issue you will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide pictures for verification. The pictures need to verify the damage and that the seal is still intact. If the seal is broken a replacement will not be issued. Once we can verify the issue a replacement will be sent out the next business day.
**We charge this restocking fee because of the amount of time it takes to prepare your order, seal the product we place your herbs in with the weight/amount of the product you selected, printing of your invoice and product labels. Preparing your order is labor intensive and takes time to process. We do not pre-package our products - they are filled by order.
