Order the Length you normally wear in a thin chain necklace. We add an extra bead or two to compensate for the bead size making the inner circumference smaller.

• IMPORTANT: Measuring a necklace made of different size beads than you are ordering from us will cause errors. Measure around Your Neck or a Thin chain necklace. You can wrap a piece of string around then measure the string.
• We Photograph Items on a Ruler Before Shipping. If you believe we sent the wrong size, send us a photo of it on your ruler before opening a return stating its the wrong size.

WHAT ITS STRUNG ON: If it Does Not say CHAIN STRUNG IN THE TITLE then it uses flexible steel beading wire, steel chain or clear stretchy elastic cord. Most bead jewelry sold online and in stores is strung on steel beading wire because solid gold flexible wire would break very easily and cost a lot more. Only bead sizes 3mm and larger can be strung on our 14k solid gold chain. The holes of most gemstone beads are too small for chain.

PRODUCTION TIME: OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AFTER YOU ORDER THEM. They are Not ready to go items. We ship in 3 business days. A business day is Mon-Fri. The day you order Does Not count. If you order on Monday it will not be due to ship until Thursday, etc. Faster Shipping Speeds are available at checkout. We Do Not accept rush order requests.
