How does the process work?
First thing we need to make your custom grill is a mold of your teeth. Once you order your grill we’ll ship out a free mold kit it is the customers responsibility to ship their molds to us. Once we receive your molds we check it to make sure it can be used. If we can not use your molds it’s the customers responsibility to order another kit. Our turnaround time is usually 10 business days. Time all depends on how many customers are in front of you. We pay for your grill to be shipped to you and will provide a picture and usps tracking number. A signature will be needed to accept your grill package. If no one is available to sign, it has to be picked up at your local post office. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to message us.
