All orders are made fresh to order, I don't make cookies in advance. I start working on cookies the day prior to shipping so they are fresh. If you would like to cancel your order or make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.
Advance orders are welcome! During checkout please put the date you need your order for in the “note to seller” section.

Once the package is handled over to USPS, we cannot be responsible for how they handle the packages. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping.
