- For dresses **weighing 6kg and above**, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to **pay the additional shipping fee** or have it sent via **air cargo**. Please note that with air cargo, you will be responsible for **custom duties and other charges** when the package arrives.
Since all dresses are **made to order**, we do not know their exact weight until after production but in description we put an estimated weight. **We highly recommend paying for express shipping or covering the shipping balance for dresses weighing 3kg and above. DHL is the safest and fastest option compared to air cargo.**
