Etsy prices start at $40 for a skirt with plain or basic patterned fabric and up to 6 layers ribbons (or what can fit depending on sizer of the baby), but can go up depending on what fabric, applique or special ribbon you might want. Production times start at 2 weeks and can be up to 4 weeks depending on what you request..
