Etsy app must be downloaded with alerts on due to an approval needing to be made. You will receive a message making you aware that you are next in line. Afterwards, a response is mandatory within 48 hours of your mock being sent. I will also message you in between these times to follow up with you. Once 48 hours has passed, and there is no response, I will assume everything is correct and create your order. You will be responsible for anything spelled incorrectly after an approval or even if you don't respond within 48 hours. Please proofread everything carefully and be sure photos and artwork are not blurry. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please pick the size that fits your child. It is highly recommended that you send your child's measurements to avoid sizing issues. Measurements can be sent at a later time. You will be charged according to your child's size if measurements are completely different from size chosen. (Ex: You choose a 2T, but your child's measurements are a 6/6x. You will be charged for a 6/6x. If you pick a 2T but your child's measurements are a 4T. Since the dresses are the same price, your price will NOT be charged extra)
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, THEME CHANGES or REMAKES (some exceptions apply) once payment has been processed regardless of your circumstances.
If I fail to ship on time, a Refund will ONLY be issued for RUSH FEE not entire package. I am not responsible for delayed packages due to the delivery services.
You pick your choice of theme, up to 3 colors, add your name and one personal image. I DO NOT recommend added your child's age because the dress can be worn more than once but am not against it. Purchase hair bow, socks and shoes separately to make your outfit stand out.
If you are wanting to match outfit with shoes, decorations or etc. Please send me the photos. DO NOT wait for me to send your mock. I can change the shade of colors to just about any color before your approval is made. Gold and silver will be tan and gray.
Processing time could take up to 3-4 weeks. You may add your date needed. I will try my best to meet the date needed but is not guaranteed unless your order is needed by the last date on estimated shipping timeframe.
RUSH FEE is available for an extra fee. It does not cover shipping. (Shipping is free for $40 and over) The rush fee guarantees you'll receive your order by the date needed and only should be added if your date goes past the estimated delivery date.

Please make sure all photos are clear and not fuzzy. DO NOT crop photos. Photos should only include the person/ people you want on your dress.
Samples must be proofread to make sure spelling is correct. If there is anything you may want to change, please do so by letting me know. SIZING AND COLORS may not be exact but will come as close as possible to the sample provided. SAMPLES DO APPEAR LIGHTER. You are responsible for words spelled incorrectly. There are no refunds. Once everything is correct, you must give me an “ok to print” in order to proceed with the process. A Full payment for items is due at time of ordering. There are no partial refunds, no full refunds, partial cancellations or full cancellations or exchanges. No changes will be made after an approval. In the event that I make a mistake, please contact me immediately so your issue can be resolved.

Items must be unused and unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS Personalized items are designed to your liking. A sample will be sent for approval to your messages when it is time to work on your order. We do not refund delayed, processing or already shipped items. Please be sure to proofread all samples. If something looks awkward on the sample, be sure to let us know. There are absolutely no changes that can be made after an approval.
To ensure that your order is moving efficiently, please be sure to respond to our messages as soon as you can. Orders will be made and assumed correct if a response is not given within 48 hours of mockup being sent.
We are not responsible for items spelled incorrectly after an approval is given.
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address with apartment number if applicable. Mary’s Heavenly Boutique is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If you can’t locate a delivered package, you must contact the delivery company used.
