SHIPPING
All our cookies are made fresh to order so please be mindful of turnaround time when ordering. It is best to order at LEAST one month before your event.
Cookies are about 2.5-3.5 inches L x W and are made from scratch and decorated by hand to order. Shipped within 3-4 days and delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping. Each cookie is individually wrapped and double-wrapped for extra protection and guaranteed freshness!
We photograph all cookie sets the morning they are packaged and mailed. We email a photo of the cookies in the condition they are when they leave our doors to each customer using the email address the order was placed under. We put lots of love into packaging our cookies and ensuring they are as protected as they can be.
Once the cookies leave our bakery shop, anything that happens to them is, unfortunately, out of our control and the customer accepts any risks when choosing to place an order that is being shipped.
INSTRUCTIONS
Unopened cookies can be stored at room temperature, for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, store cookies in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks or eat within a few days.
If saving cookies for longer periods of time, we recommend keeping them wrapped in an airtight container and freezing them.
