Basics: Kenmore labeled Janome sewing machine model 385.1278180. This is a easy to use zigzag free arm sewing machine with 12 built in stitches both regular and stretch stitches. It includes 3 buttonhole function's. Janome is a Japanese company with a long history of quality machine production still making sewing machine's today. This machine has had one owner and it has been very lightly used. I beleive it was made in the 1990's.
Particular's:This machine came into my shop clean. It has been oiled, mechanically checked, and has been stitch tested. It works well as sews as it should. A sleave on the bed removes for free arm work. There is a plate included for free motion embroidery and darning as well as free motion quilting. Stitches are selected by the turn of aa dial as is setting the dtitch length. It does have a back Tack feature for use at the beginning and eng of a seam.
Needles: This machine uses universal needles available in almost all sewing notion and sewing machine stores. These needles would aldo be referred to as 15X1, 2020, or HAX1 manufacturer dependent.

Color: White, Not sure why but the photo's look more off white than this machine does in person.it is just slightly off white with no yellowing noted.
