Up for your consideration is this stunning Victorian etched floral eight ruffled glass lamp shade originally for an oil lamp c: 1890-1900. The color is a beautiful rich red, which I would characterize as more of a ruby red than a cranberry. I believe the flowers shown in the etched pattern are honeysuckle. The band of ribbing adds an unusual element to the shade.

8 3/4" Diam x 4" T
Fitting: 3 7/8"
Condition:
Good antique condition with a couple flea bites/rough spots that may be manufacturing flaws on the fitting side. The ruffled rim feels smooth. There are multiple individual bubbles in the glass as is typical in old glass. Photos show a most of these. Note: There are some brown spots shown on one of the photos that I had missed and subsequently caught and cleaned. Otherwise, normal wear for age. Please see all photos.
