The panels on our listings are 1/8" thick aluminum and are finished with an industrial strength weather resistant powder coat.
However, we understand that every space is unique, which is why we offer the option for customized sizes and upgraded thicknesses. Tailor-made to your specifications, our panels can seamlessly integrate into any vision! Just reach out for a quote for your desired size & thickness!
MATERIAL:
Our standard panels are cut from 1/8" thick aluminum. We use this as our standard because it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver. The 1/8" is usually rigid enough for most sizes. However if purchasing panels larger than 4x4ft we typically recommend stepping up to 3/16" aluminum for a little more ridgitity.

POWDER COAT:
Our industrial strength powder coat finish forms a strong, protective shield against the elements, ensuring resistance to weather, UV rays, and environmental challenges.
MOUNTING OPTIONS: ***Please specify in the “Personalization” section at check out.

1) No Mounts:
The panel will have 1-2” wide border and no mounting holes.
If no mounting preference is specified at checkout we will leave the panel with a 1" to 2” border and no mounting holes.

2) Screw Holes:
We'll add pre cut mounting holes along the border. This will help to secure the face of the panel to your desired surface.

3) L Brackets:
1x1" powder coated aluminum L brackets have pre drilled mounting holes along each side to match the panel for easy mounting!

RETURNS:
All of our panels are cut to order, therefore we do not accept returns.
If your panel arrives damaged please document with pictures and contact us ASAP so we can make things right. We always ship our panels with shipping insurance so please document any damages to the packaging before opening and make a note with your delivery driver!
MAINTENANCE:
For routine maintenance, use a non abrasive cloth with mild soap and water to clean the powder-coated surface. Gently wipe away dirt, dust, and grime. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scrub brushes, as they can damage the powder coat finish.

Use appropriate handling procedures to ensure personal safety. Ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance to prevent accidental injury.
Secure Installation: When installing the panels, ensure they are securely fastened to the appropriate surfaces. Proper installation will prevent accidental dislodging and potential hazards. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified and experienced contractor to receive professional advice and guidance tailored to your specific project needs.
Avoid Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions, extreme temperatures, or high wind may compromise the structural integrity of the panels. Place the panels in suitable environments that will preserve their appearance and longevity.
Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the panels for signs of wear, damage, or loosening.
Non-Fireproof: These panels are not fireproof. Keep them away from open flames, heat sources, or high-temperature areas to avoid damage or potential fire hazards.
