Customization Instructions:
This Custom Jersey is one that I have created. I will take your team colors to create a stunning design. I will need the following information at checkout:
1. Color of Jersey
2. Color of Letters
4. Name to be placed on Jersey
5. Number to be placed on Jersey
6. If a mascot is on the jersey, please send a picture of the jersey and mascot. I will try to include the mascot if possible.
**The topper is NOT an exact replica of your team’s jersey. The colors will be as close as I can make it.**

Return Policy:
I strive to make high quality products. I will not ship any item that is not in perfect condition. This is a customized cake topper. I cannot accept returns unless damaged in mail. I do not give refunds. I will replace a broken topper or send a coupon to my shop to use in the future.

I CANNOT take “speedy” orders at this time. We are 7-10 business days out on shipping. Your topper will ship out no later than the “Etsy shipping date” sent to you at checkout. I ship via USPS. Please purchase priority shipping if your event is close to the ship out date. Please allow 7 days on any order!! Once I drop your package off and it is scanned into USPS system, I am no longer responsible for your package. A tracking number is provided via USPS at checkout. I will NOT issue a refund for lost mail or late arrival due to the fault of USPS. My responsibility is to ship by the date I have listed at checkout. I do not intend to sound harsh, but I cannot control the delivery of your item once I turn it over to the delivery service (USPS).
