These shuttles are great for weaving on your rigid heddle loom. They are a mere 1" thick or less but still use standard bobbins. Dbl bobbin shuttles are used to double or use two colors in your weft. You can use the shuttle with only one bobbin for standard weaving but I also have single shuttles for Rigid heddle looms.
Shuttle is 12" long x 1.5 inches wide x approx 1" thick with a stainless steel metal rod to hold your bobbins. You can use paper quills or standard bobbins that are no more than 5" in length.
