This listing includes the invitation design shown in the first photo above along with customizing the text with your information. Recoloring any watercolor artwork is possible if you want them to coordinate with a particular color palette, but there would be an additional art fee. Please scroll down for pricing.

The $7 samples are generic paper samples for you to SEE PRINT and PAPER QUALITY and may differ from image shown as they will be pulled from already printed stock, and therefore cannot be customized. Mailed samples will include standard white envelopes with assembly and address printing extras. If you would like to see a sample of any other upgrades, please let me know when you place the order and I will try to accommodate the request. Some extras, like pocket folds and colored envelopes with liners, have limited availability and may cost extra. If you are looking for something specific, please reach out before ordering a sample. Paper samples are mailed USPS first class mail.

*Floral and other artwork color changes are also available but require an art fee. Please write us to let us know what changes you would like made and I'll provide a quote. If you have any special requests just ask! Please reach out for color change requests prior to ordering so I can confirm price and availability.
HELPFUL TIP - Be sure to count the number of households and not the number of invited guests. This is a common mistake made by brides and I don't want you spend any more than needed by over ordering. However, you should plan on having a few extras for any late additions, one set for your photographer to shoot on your wedding day, and a couple for keep-sake.

Purchase the listing with the design you want as the FIRST IMAGE in the listing and send me the below information in the "notes to seller" section at checkout or through Etsy message. Once I receive your order and details, I'll send proofs to you through Etsy Message for you to review. I'll make as many revisions as needed until you think they are perfect (3 rounds of proofs included with purchase). Once you give final approval, I'll professionally print them and mail them to you.

Details I'll need for your proofs:
INVITATION:
1. Colors and font choice – if different from 1st listing image
2. Full Names of couple (traditionally the bride is listed first)
3. Any special wording
a. Weddings are traditionally hosted by the bride’s parents. If you would like to stick with tradition, please include the bride’s father’s full name, or the names of both parents if they are not married to each other.
b. Wording: “honor of your presence” is traditional wording for weddings being held in a place of worship, while “pleasure of your company” is traditionally used for weddings elsewhere. I will enter the appropriate phrase unless otherwise requested.
4. Wedding date
5. Wedding start time
6. Ceremony venue name and location
7. “Reception to follow” or other wording
8. Attire – traditional wedding etiquette is to put it in the bottom right corner of the invite, if you want it included.
RSVP
1. Reply by date
2. Any wording changes (unique reply wording, meal options, song request, etc.)
3. Name(s) and address for reply envelopes (if you are adding on envelope address printing)

3. Hi-res QR code image, if you want one included (there are lots of sites that will create these for free for you, just make sure it won't expire anytime soon)

PROOFS:
Proofs will be sent through Etsy message, usually within 2 business days from when the purchase is made and all information is received. Unless otherwise requested by you, the proofs will be designed to match the FIRST LISTING IMAGE. Major layout and design changes after the first proofs have been sent may result in an extra design fee. I will make as many edits and tweaks as needed until you think they are perfect and approve them to print, however only the first 3 rounds of proofs are included with the purchase, so be as specific and as thorough as possible with each request for revisions. Additional proofs will be $15 per card.
*PROOFING NOTE*
All proofs will include an 1/8” bleed along all edges that will be trimmed off after printing. Customer is responsible for proof reading all text to ensure there are no typos. REVIEW YOUR PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY! We recommend you have at least one other person review the information for you. The graphic editing software used to create these cards does not have spell check and typos can occur. HALOdesignsSHOP will not be responsible for any printed typos that are on final proofs approved by customers, regardless of where the typo originated. Reprints for typos and mistakes on approved items will be subject to reprint fees.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Standard prints typically ship 2 weeks FROM PROOF APPROVAL with USPS and includes tracking. Some upgrades/add-ons take additional processing time (like special order envelopes, pocket folds, and hand-torn edges). Be sure you have all your details confirmed and ready when you place an order.
If you need something rushed, I would love to accommodate the request. I offer Rush Processing ($100) so your order moves to the top of my queue for next day proofs. Then, once approved, it moves to the top of my print and assembly queue for faster processing. Rush orders typically ship within a week of proof approval.
Separate rush fees apply to any requested new art ($50), such as a new venue illustration, to jump the queue with my artists. Space for rush art is very limited so please inquire for availability. Please message me to let me know all the items you want, including any upgrades, and your need-by date so I can confirm I can meet your deadlines.

Make your invites stand out with 240lb coverstock, a thickness that will surely impress. We do not print on the backs of the double thick coverstock.

Make your invitation suite unique with the deckle edge look. Each card is torn by hand and is a real labor of love that is sure to wow each guest.

This is another great way to elevate your invitation suite and make the invite extra thick and stand out with a color border

WAX SEALS
Self-adhering wax seal: $1.60 each
Minimum 50 | order in multiples of 25. (Reorders also subject to 50 minimum.)
Wax seals come with professional grade adhesive for a super strong hold.
If you would like a light hold for re-sealable items (like vellum wraps) be sure to let us know. Light hold adhesive is +$0.25 each.

PARTIAL ASSEMBLY – All invitation sets are DIY assembly unless requested and invoiced otherwise. This means you bundle, wrap, stuff, seal, and apply appropriate postage. Adhesives are not included (except on wax seals). Don’t have time to put your sets together? No problem, we can do some of that for you.
Partial Assembly (reply envelope postage not included)

Don't see your venue already illustrated? Let us illustrate it for you!
To get started: send us a message with the name of your venue and whether you would like a line drawing or watercolor painting along with at least one reference image, showing the exact angle you want it illustrated as well as any special requests (i.e. include the tree on the left and planters in front, do not include the road or flag). Keep in mind, we cannot illustrate anything we cannot see. I’ll provide you with a quote and confirm the current turnaround time. New venue illustrations usually take about 3 weeks to complete, but can take longer based on current orders queue. TERMS: Artwork remains the property of HALOdesignsSHOP and will be added to our portfolio. A hi-res digital file of the illustration is not included.
