1920s or 1930s depression era dresser tall chest of drawers made by Keystone Furniture Company with label in top drawer.
This example is a little bit larger and more robust than a lot of the twenties and 30s tall chests that you typically find. It holds a ton of stuff.
This is a project piece I saved for number of years and never got around to refinishing. The veneer was already loose around the drawer faces and has become worse while in storage after the photos were taken. It is peeling up badly. It's in good condition around the rest of the piece so I think it would be pretty easy to Simply remove the rest of the veneer from the drawer fronts and go about either chalk painting or refinishing the piece without it.
Hardware is not included. I removed the handles planning on putting knobs on the piece instead. The backsplash is removable.
The piece has some condition problems and will need some repairs- it's a refinishing restoration project piece, but it has great bones! And it is sturdy. Drawers are dovetail and they operate properly. The flaws are primarily Cosmetic in nature. It should be a simple easy refinishing or chalk paint DIY project.
Dimensions approximately 35 wide by 20 Deep by 45 high including the wheels but excluding the backsplash.
