We have a dream of building a place of refuge for those who are displaced or down on their luck. This building would look like a barn but would be designed more like a recreation center, designed to temporarily house those in need on the second story and provide a place for activities on the ground floor. While we wait on the right timing for this, we have built a virtual version of that dream with BarnOfBlessing.org. We have recently established our non-profit organization and are raising money to help those in need. We have already helped several people in need by providing gas cards and grocery cards. We have provided temporary hotel stays for those who have been displaced by life's circumstances. We have helped pay the moving expenses for a disabled individual who needed to relocate but couldn't physically lift or afford moving trucks and movers. We are excited to see what the future holds.
