This is a contemporary casting direct from an original life mask of Leonard Nimoy. The original life-cast was made for the 1975 Don Post Studios mask creation and was taken when Leonard Nimoy was 44 years old. Since this has been molded directly from a working make-up lab cast there are some bubbles, nicks and tooling visible in the casting, but they're from the original casts's pre-existing condition.
