Custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees will usually have four embroidery positions:
- On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, middle chest.
- On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
- On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
- In the hood for hoodies.
If you want to embroider any of these positions, please place an order and let us know in the Personalized box or via an Etsy message.
💕 Extra Fee
- Outline designs: $5 per pet/person/car.
- Full stitch designs: $10 per pet/person/car.
- Additional embroidery position: $5 for each extra location.
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. After this time frame, we will start processing your order, and any cancellation will incur a fee of 70% of the design cost.

- Machine wash cold or hand wash using mild detergent.
- If necessary, use only non-chlorine bleach.
- Avoid high heat when washing or ironing to reduce shrinkage.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
