Custom items cannot be returned. Please make sure to measure accurately; you can follow the Belt Measurement Guide for measuring provided to us. We will contact you, and the final artwork must be approved. Once it is approved and work has started, no changes can be made.
In-Stock Items
In-stock Items must be returned in new condition. Sandy Jean Leather must be notified about the return within ten days of receiving the item, and the item must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Any payment processing, shipping, and handling fees will not be refunded. 90% refund of the purchase price will be refunded, and the additional 10% will go toward restocking fees. The buyer sends returns. Reimbursement will be dispersed after the item is received. We highly recommend tracking numbers via your shipping method to ensure your item has arrived. You can expect a refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the return-eligible item.
**Stains, sweat marks, wear marks, or other alterations to the product will not be accepted.
NOTE: If an in-stock item is purchased but needs to be resized, it will be classified as a custom item.
