Shipping via freight truck includes lift gate/curbside delivery, which means the driver will take the items off the truck for you. They will call to schedule a delivery appointment generally the day prior to delivery, please leave a phone number under the personalization section.

You will need assistance un-palletizing and moving the product to your space. The driver is NOT obligated to bring the items inside of your location. Neither indoor service nor upstairs delivery will be covered and will be subject to additional charges. It will be your responsibility to arrange such service should you be in need. Organizing white glove services is not a part of our current service portfolio. If you would like to coordinate a white glove service here are two reputable companies that you can reach out to: Ryder and Two Men and a Truck.
If the freight company is not able to reach you to schedule the delivery appointment, storage fees may be applied. If we are not able to reach you within a certain time frame once the delivery is ready to be made, the shipment may be sent back to us and you will be responsible for paying both outgoing and return shipping costs, and any possible storage fees, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If you need to reach out directly to schedule the delivery appointment, please call the respective freight company or reach out to us and we will provide an appropriate phone number to call. The freight carrier will not be able to hold your items at the distribution centers without a holding/storage fee, which you will be subject to pay prior to completing your delivery.
If the delivery is refused for any reason, you will be subject to transit fees for both the initial delivery and the return, or redelivery fees. If redelivery is not scheduled, storage fees may be applied. If we do not hear back within a certain time frame, the item(s) will be returned to us and you will be responsible for paying both outgoing and return shipping costs in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS:
Returns must be approved in advance and are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for paying both outgoing and return shipping costs in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and original, new condition. Refunds are contingent upon our inspection and approval. If item(s) are not returned in original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
CANCELLATIONS:
Accepted before the item has been processed. If the order has already been processed and has not shipped, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If your order is in transit, you will be charged all related shipping and handling expenses, both outgoing and return.
