Processing Time:
* Unpainted Models: We aim to dispatch unpainted models within two to three weeks. It can take longer during busier periods.
* Painted Models: We aim to get painted models sent out within four to six weeks, depending on the size of the model and quantity ordered. We work on a first-come, first-serve basis and we can keep you updated on your order's progress. We prioritize quality over speed, ensuring your item meets our high standards.
Delivery:
UK Orders: Unpainted models are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Painted models are sent using 24 Hour Tracked service.
International Orders: All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Material:
Printed using matte grey filament, let us know if you would like them in a different colour. If you want them primed and/or painted, we use top quality, premium brands.
