"One FREE per item purchased" means that for each plant or item in your cart that you pay for, you can add one of these "FREE per item purchased" plants. You must add them to your order before check-out as we will not add them to your order after the fact. You can create a separate order if needed and let us know you have multiple orders.
Do keep in mind that this is a RANDOM selection process. If you make multiple mystery orders or are a frequent shopper, chances are possible to have a repeat item. We will do our best to make sure we don't duplicate a plant within the same order however, frequent shoppers will have a greater chance for a duplicate plant.
Feel free to add a note to your order if you have requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
All of our plants are grown in closed terrarium or greenhouse environments with ambient temperatures between 75 and 80 degrees with humidity levels around 80%. They are also grown in a well draining substrate (ex. potting soil) and under indirect, bright light. It is best for the plants you buy from us to remain under these conditions however, some can acclimate to an environment outside of this but should be done slowly as it can stress out the plants too much if done too quickly.
