This gorgeous table runner has been hand stitched together piece by piece, layer upon layer down to every tiny button, doily, ribbon, lace, ruffle, and piece of fabric, all lovingly stitched with vintage cream string. Down the center of a beautiful piece of a vintage tablecloth are layers of gorgeous intricate pieces of lace in cream and white with a pale pink fabric peeking behind here and there, with more layers of tattered pink, cream and white lace and lots of sweet little crochet pieces. Running along both sides down the middle is a pink rose dotted print fabric for a little shabby chic. Above the beautiful Angel is a row of pretty organza flowers with lots of mother of pearl buttons dotted here and there and more down the middle. At the center is a sweet vintage white lace doily with more pink fabric peeking through, adorned with a large vintage mother of pearl button at the middle. To announce the arrival of the beautiful vintage style Angel printed on a creamy linen with more vintage lace, crochet, and eyelet ruffles at each end that surrounds her and starts a flow of vintage strips of abandoned torn pieces of fabric in cream, white and hints of pink, tulle, and lace that dangle about with several layers of ruffles in tulle, organza, and a pretty little white eyelet ruffle of fabric that all together create a charming little petticoat that puddles to the ground.
A beautiful Angel runner to watch over your celebration for a vintage garden Wedding at the Bride and Grooms table, wonderful for an engagement, bridal, or baby shower, perfect for the Holidays, and for decorating a country cottage house, it’s simply charming! After the wedding it makes the perfect keepsake that can also be used as an embellishment for a bed by draping it across the end like a blanket with the ruffles hanging over each side of the bed for some charm.
**PLEASE NOTE remember these are vintage materials that have been used and loved so there may be small stain spots and worn edges on some items, which I think gives them character**
Measures approx. 75 ½" long down the middle between the top of each Angels head. (but you can decide where you would like it to hang), 132” plus (over 11 ft) long from end to end of dangles, and 15” wide. Every piece has been lovingly hand stitched together with vintage cream string.
