This is a made-to-order item. We will make them after receiving your order. From order date to ship date can be from 7-14 days (smaller orders) and up to 21 days (larger orders), and also depending on time of year, how busy we are, etc.. Please contact us if you have a specific target date and we will reply with estimated shipping date.

(1)To anywhere in the USA : We will ship the Mochi by USPS Priority mail service (2-5 days). Priority mail Shipping fee is $7.5. Free shipping on orders over $35

You will receive your order in about 9-19 days (USA).
[ Shipping policy ]
We use USPS Priority or First class mail service. We can use FedEx too based on customer's request.
-USPS Priority mail service: Deliver in 2-5 business days. Includes $100 insurance and tracking. If USPS breaks packages they are responsible and will issue the refund for your broken or lost package.
-USPS First class service: Deliver in 3-7 business days. It has tracking information but is not insured. If you want upgrade shipping you can select the upgrade at checkout.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Customers are responsible for broken items, and /or undelivered packages.
[ Rush processing upgrade ]
Orders are put in a line/queue. All items are order-made. We do not stock/warehouse items. So if you want rush delivery we have to work overtime, which requires us to charge a rush fee. Thank you for your understanding.
