Please NOTE that we are not able to declare items as a gift as our official declarations REQUIRE it to be a purchase. Along with this, it also CANNOT BE UNDERDECLARED as it is ILLEGAL to make false declarations to customs, and fines can be imposed. We offer a return policy of 7 days (Domestic orders) or 15 days (International orders) if you are not satisfied with the product, or the item does not fit you / does not suits your needs, or it has any damage received during shipping or manufacturing.
We offer a exchange policy ONLY for items that are received wrongly (such as the color or size. If it is the same exact match that you have ordered in our records, there will be no exchanges allowed in this case.), items dead on arrival (DOA), items damaged during shipping or manufacturing or items shipped wrongly (if we made a mix-up on your order.)
Refunds will be returned to you once we have received the return or exchanged items accordingly. Deltabox Store MAY contact you if we need additional information from you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR THESE REASONS:
- Items rejected by customs
- Returned to sender
- Package lost / stolen after delivery is complete
- Unclaimed parcels
- Tracking status has shown "Delivered" for your package
- Items missing (PLEASE NOTE THAT we will be able to reship it out to you without any additional charges)
- Change of mind / no longer want the item
- Claiming that items are received incorrectly even if our records show it was correct

Introducing the SayoDevice O2L keypad, brand new and directly sourced from China. All keypads are from the official manufacturer.
Primarily used for the osu! rhythm game, default buttons are Z & X.
Keypads are hotswappable. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SCREWS HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND THE BACK PCB HAS TO BE UNSOLDERED IN ORDER TO SWAP THE SWITCHES IN IT.
