☆ Festival/Event Deadlines: You MUST include your festival/event deadline in the note section at check out. Remember to be mindful of each item's turnaround time. We recommend making your deadline a minimum of one week prior to your festival/event. Please do not note your deadline as being the day you are leaving for your event/festival. No rushes or cancellations will be honored for those who fail to follow this policy.
☆ Sizing & Fit: True to size. If you’re between sizes please size down. You may request a different size for top and bottoms. Please add this to the note section at check out. Our size chart is included in the listing photos for your reference.
☆ Customizations: Options for the metal rings include: circles, stars, flowers and hearts. Custom fabric options available upon request.
☆ Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: All sales are final. Strict no returns, cancellations or exchanges policy. This is due to our items being handmade to order intimates. If we make a mistake we will gladly make it right. If we miss your deadline and you followed all of our policies (noting your deadline and allowing us our full turnaround time) we will refund your order. Please note that we do not refund or cancel orders that are delayed due to the postal service. If we send a damaged or incorrect item we will promptly send a replacement. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
