I offer cases for all iPad models. Some options may include multiple models so if you are unsure which option is right for your iPad, feel free to ask me for assistance. You can provide a model number, a serial number, or other helpful information to help me find the correct case for you.
I would like to clarify that ALL TEXTURES AND EFFECTS ARE PRINTED on the case! There are no shiny or natural elements.
iPad cases:
- have a trifold smart front cover for screen protection
- have a magnetic closure
- support the Sleep/Wake feature
- protect your iPad from scratches on all angles
- however, they do NOT provide dropdown protection
- are easy to snap on and off
- are slim and lightweight
- are made of silicone, or plastic, and pu leather
- do not block necessary ports
- DO NOT SUPPORT CHARGING THE APPLE PENCIL THROUGH THE CASE!
Printing
- I use UV printing technology so images are printed on the case's surface.
Processing
- All cases are made to order.
- Please allow 3-5 (sometimes 5-7) business days of printing lead time.
Also take into consideration that the taxes may be added to the total price.
Shipping
- Delivery within the US typically takes up to 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
- Please, check the address on your Etsy profile before making a purchase. I’ll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless a different address is requested through conversation.
- I’m not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers!
Refunds & Exchanges
- All cases can be exchanged and refunded, except for customized ones!
- The buyer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by the return or exchange process.
- Customized cases can be refunded if there is a problem with the case. Please provide a photo of the issue and we will work on finding a solution.
- The price of the case can be refunded once it is returned or at least when I receive a copy of the receipt from the post with the tracking number.
- Refund may take up to 5 business days.
If there are any changes to the order (different iPad model, design, name, image, colors etc.), contact me within 24 hours from the moment of purchasing the case.
