these gorgeous 100% cotton silk ribbon colour. the tones are amazing, soft and subtle, yet so elegant. hand dyed ourselves, our ribbons are produced with the utmost of care from the best fabrics. they are hand torn with unfinished edges. coming in many different neutral colours, these are perfect for weddings or special occasions, or even for decoration for everyday use and utilities.
Please note we only dye these colours in batches so reproduction of the same colour is nearly impossible mission, it will always have a hint or slight difference when we try to reproduce. If you see a colour you like definitely make sure you buy enough of it.
Please also note these ribbons may have marbles of dyes. They are not considered as imperfection but rather we like to have textures in these ribbons.

- we make hand make our own ribbons and ship them in Sydney, Australia.
- small orders may take 1-3 working days to make while big orders may take 2-5 working days to make.
- express orders are always worked on and shipped with priority.
- we ship on a daily basis.

- we cut and tear the ribbons for each order, thus every order is considered a custom make.
- if you need to return the item for any reason there may be a restocking fee of 20% applies to the value of the order. for any large order that is over 10m long we do not accept returns. please be mindful when making purchases.
- for any faulty items, we will accept returns: please convo us.
‘ ❥• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Standard international shipping can take 14 days up to 45 days sometimes. Express postage is also available upon request. We CANNOT guarantee its delivery once they leave Australia. Shipping is out our hands once it leaves Australia and we do not refund due to postage delays. Replacement may be considered on a case by case situation. If the item is damaged and you would like a replacement please send the damaged item back to us first at your cost and we will arrange a replacement to be sent at our cost.

We take great pride in our hand made products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. Each order is done specifically to your chosen items, or quantity or colour. Please note we do not accept returns on custom orders or change of mind returns.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, aka, if they are faulty upon arrival, you can send it back to us in its original unused condition within 5 days of your order being received for an exchange or store credit excluding postage costs.
