I am so sorry for your loss. Due to my own experience I know that this is a VERY difficult time for you, so I will try to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below are a few helpful hints to keep in mind before ordering.
Drop Down Menu;
There are two drop down menus to the right. You must select from them otherwise Etsy won't allow you to check out. If you don't want an "add on" simply select the "NO ADD ON" option.
Multiple Orders;
If by chance you want more than one of the same item, or want something in various colors, just select "CUSTOM ORDER" on the lower menu, then contact me through the "Ask a question" or "Contact " link(s). To put your mind at ease I will send you a follow up email to let you know that I have received your request. Once you let me know of your selections I will then do a custom listing for you. (it's easier than it sounds )
Add on's;
If you want additional charms, please browse the "Add on's" section to the left. I welcome inquiries. If you see something on another piece that you like but can't find it in add on's, just ask. I most likely have it but haven't yet listed it, I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Bottles;
There is only a small space in each bottle for ashes, so the color of the bottle won't become obscured by the ashes. You will need to use clear glue, white craft glue or clear nail polish to secure the screw in place on the bottle. Even though the bottles are colored they are transparent. The colors are very very pretty.
Fill Kit;
A Fill kit with instructions are included with your order. If ordering multiple items, please understand that only one (1) fill kit will be provided with your order. (This helps to keep prices down)
Shipping;
I send Standard First class withTracking. I do my best to get orders out within the allotted time (1-3 days)- weekends and holidays don't count, however If you need your order urgently, please select Priority 1 day Shipping Service.
Returns
I have no problem accepting returns, but please do soin a timely manner and contact me prior so that I can watch for the return.
