Pricing:
Pricing is based on the total width of the decal, not the individual letters or the height. The final height of your decal will vary depending on the font you choose and the total width requested. If the height of your decal ends up exceeding the width, you will be charged for the larger of the two measurements. Any decal over 24 inches in height will include an additional $20 fee. Please also note that decals over 18 inches tall may be subject to a small upcharge.
Proof & Design Approval:
A proof will be emailed to you before your order ships. Your approval is required before the decal is made. If we do not receive a response by the shipping date, the decal will be produced and sent using your selected font, color, and dimensions as outlined in our communication. If a font choice is not provided, we will reach out. If we do not receive a reply, we will proceed with a default font. Once a design is approved, it is final and non-refundable.
Shipping Details:
Decals will ship USPS First Class. If you prefer a different shipping method or carrier, please contact us for a quote. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date on any carrier and NO refund will be given if the order is not received by the date needed. We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before your event.
Application & Surface Recommendations:
Our decals are best used on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, sealed wood, and mirrors. They are not recommended for use on silicone, fabric (these are not iron-ons), unpainted flower pots, drywall, or any rough, bumpy, or porous surfaces such as a car dashboard. Due to the wide range of possible surfaces and conditions, we cannot guarantee adhesion in every case and therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges if a decal does not stick.
Installation Instructions:
All decals come with transfer tape and detailed instructions. To apply: first, clean your surface thoroughly. Use rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner for glass, or make sure the wood is smooth and optionally sealed with polyurethane. Peel the backing from the transfer tape, place the decal sticky side down, and use a credit card or squeegee to firmly smooth it out. Then, slowly peel off the transfer tape. Allow the decal to cure for 24 to 48 hours before use.
Additional Notes:
Decals are not reusable and are not intended for drywall or fabric. Cold surfaces can reduce adhesion, so it’s best to apply in a warm environment. If using on a mug or cup, gentle hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the decal. Larger decals may be shipped in multiple sections, and there may be a faint seam where pieces join—this will not affect the quality of the decal.
Specialty vinyl colors such as Olive, Rose Gold, and Periwinkle are made from EV Series 51 vinyl.
