These cards were made with a CGM (Dexcom G6) and Insulin Pump (Omnipod 5) in mind, but are fully editable so you can fit it to your methods of care.

HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1 - Purchase
Add this product to your cart + complete purchase through Etsy. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a PDF file with a link to the template on Canva. Click the link to be taken to Canva to edit the template.
STEP 2 - Edit Template
Sign up for a FREE Canva account or login to your existing account. Edit the information to fit your treatment plans. Make any other changes that you want (you can change the colors, fonts, images, etc).
STEP 3 - Download
Download the file. You can then print the cards and laminate them (optional). Share with the T1D caregivers in your life - such as babysitters, teachers, grandparents - to help them (and you) feel more confident about T1D care.
PRINTING - Once you've downloaded the file, you can print at home or send it to your favorite professional printer (such as Staples or Office Depot). Canva also offers professional printing.
