▪️ It is that time of year where shipping delays across all carriers are at an all time high. we urge customers to please plan for the full production time frame and plan for shipping to take long then usual.
▪️ Inventory shortages can occur and we do our best to have update to listings at all time but shortages are occurring across the united states. If for any reason there is a shortage with a item ordered you will be notified as soon as we know.
▪️ Standard shipping first class does not include insurance in case of lost or damaged packages by USPS. Refunds will not be given in the event that a package is not delivered by the estimated delivery day. Refunds will not be given if a package is lost or damaged and insurance is not purchased. I recommend priority mail which comes with $50 of insurance.
▪️ if the wrong item is sent a return label will be sent and a refund issued so you can reorder.
▪️ production is 2 -7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
▪️ Shipping and processing are two different time frames.
