After making your purchase, send us through the ETSY chat the image you want to be printed.
If the image you want to be printed is not in good print quality we will try to fix resolution for free or send you many options to choose from our previous printings.
If you need a personalized design we can also help with the design.
You only have to buy the Cutout of the size you need. When you add them to your cart it will ask you for size and quantity, we take the longest size of your design as the selected size.
We'll print it and ship it next day (it may take 5 to 7 days to arrive via UPS, USPS or FedEx) important to note that we don't cover shipping costs if a return or replacement is needed due to shipping company's bad handling! we are happy to replace even though is not our fault, but please know that we can't cover also the shipping cost twice.
(Note that if the Graphic Design service is involved in your purchase, delivery times may be extended)

All shipments are made through UPS, FEDEX or USPS.
All our Foamboard panels leave our Workshop well packaged but we are not responsible for damages that may occur once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package arrives in poor condition, WE ARE HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ITEM AT NO COST, BUT WE DON'T COVER SHIPPING COSTS, we do our part replacing even though is not our responsibility, please be aware of this before purchasing.
We can process the order again, if you prefer a refund of money for your order, you must make the claim directly with the carrier.
