DIGITAL FILES AND GENERALITIES:
➼ We don't sell tangible goods; all our products are digital files.
➼ The only file type for our designs is digital, provided via email.
➼ We email our products in JPG format.
• In the personalisation box during checkout, please let me know if you would want the files in PDF format.
• The files cannot be sent in a different format.
• The designs are edited only by the seller, not by the customer.
➼ Our merchandise is sent to the email address you registered with Etsy.
• To make sure you receive your files, please update your email address in ETSY.
• The customer will be liable for any delay caused by out-of-date emails in sending or modifying the files.
• Files are sent from livsnjutare23@gmail.com.
➼ Within the next 24 business hours of completing the purchase, an email with your order will be sent to you.
• Typically, files are emailed the same day as the purchase.
➼ All submitted files must be printed on A4 paper or 8.5 × 11-inch sheets.
➼ Please be as specific as you can when entering the information in the personalisation box (e.g., Kaziel's 1st or Gabriel's 5th). If you spell the name or age incorrectly, you will be responsible for paying to have each submitted file corrected.

➼ To continue with the purchase, please fill out the personalisation box with the necessary details. If you do not have PayPal, I can send you a payment request straight to your email from Paypal. After then, credit card payments are accepted. If so, please get in touch with us and we'll be pleased to help.
➼ We do not offer designs that have not been customised. To personalise a design, the customer must provide at least the child's name.
• If a customer buys and does not tell us at least the name of the child, they must tell us by messages or by email since, due to store policies, no refunds can be made.
• If you want a design without personalization (Name and age) please refrain from buying. Since under no circumstance can we send a design without at least the name of the child.
WHERE TO PRINT:
You can print the labels at a photo studio or on your personal printer.
Examples of where you can go to print:
• Personal printer.
• Local copy place - Post Office and Library
• Printing center – OfficeWorks
CHANGES IN COLOUR AND PRINT:
➼ Depending on the kind of printer you use; printed colours may differ slightly.
➼ The type of paper you use for printing can cause slight variations in printed colours.
➼ Printing on photo paper is always advised.
➼ You can also print on glossy or matte paper (it is your choice).
• If you don't have the above types of paper on hand, you can also use regular paper and tape to stick the label to the physical product.
• The quality of the printing or the physical product will not depend on us but on the customer
➼ Before making a purchase, please email us at livsnjutare23@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Etsy if you would like a product in a different colour, size, or theme.
➼ Since our work is limited to digital designs, the client bears full responsibility for the printing of these labels.

➼ Once the order has been sent to your email, there will be no refund of the money.
➼ We only offer digital files for sale, so there are no returns or exchanges.
