CARE INSTRUCTUONS
All our designs are made with DTF. So, please:
• Wash Inside Out
• Use Warm/cold Water
• DO NOT Use Bleach
• DO NOT Dry Clean
• DO NOT Iron Directly Onto The Image On Your Shirt
DESIGN/TEXT COLORS
We use Black text color/design for; White, Athletic Heather, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Baby Blue, Mint, Natural, and Heather Peach.
We use white text color/design for all other colors
CUSTOMIZATION
While ordering products with designs open to personalization;
• Make sure to write everything in the personalization box with correct spelling after your purchase. We prepare these designs by directly copying and pasting exactly what you there.
• If the original design is written with CAPITAL LETTERS, we make your personalization in capital and vice versa.
• If you want to make your personalization as exactly what you write, please write an extra note about it.
• We prepare custom designs most similar to the original one. If you want to change anything on the existing listing, please either contact our customer service or mention it in the personalization box.
• If you want to see your order before the design is printed, please demand a mockup via ETSY messenger or by writing it in the personalization box.
• Backside design is additional fee, you need to add it to your cart proportional to the number of the back prints you want (2 back printing demand means you need to buy 2 back print listing). You can find the back print listing by searching “back print” in the store.
• You can send your custom photos via ETSY messenger. We don’t accept photos sent to our Gmail address.
• If you don’t reply back for any change on the mockups after 24 hours, we send your product with the same design on that mockup.
SHIPPING
We prepare our orders in a day and ship them next day by USPS First Class Mail. It takes 2-4 business days to produce and ship the item in regular conditions. if you are in a rush, please upgrade the shipping at checkout. Our store has nothing to do with any delays or delivery problems after we give the product to USPS. We can’t issue refunds due to delivery issues.
If you enter wrong address with your order, we will try to help you if you message us from the message box only if the item has not been made and processed to the packaging level to ship the item.
