OUR BALLOOONS:
Are high quality balloons like the ones professional balloon artist use. These balloons are latex and need to be inflated. We do recommend having an electric pump for faster inflation or a hand pump. Garlands can be made 24 - 48 hours in advance (only with storing indoors). If you want matte balloons we recommend exposing your inflated balloons to the outdoors for approximately 30min to encourage oxidation.
*PLEASE NOTE* Command hooks may not stick to the wall if your wall is dirty or has a lot of texture. Always clean surface before placing command hook. Command hooks may peel wallpaper and paint. Please use with caution. ALWAYS, pull the white tab down to minimize any damages to wall. A hairdryer can be used to melt the adhesive for easier removal as well.
