RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will give you a Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Your store credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.
To qualify for a store credit all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Bibipersonalized Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
LOST or DAMAGED PARCELS
For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
RETURNED MAIL
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
