Laser cut and engraved from 1/8” birch wood. Durable, yet lightweight for the tree!
Each ornament comes with a randomly selected ribbon attached for easy hanging.
Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Because these are cut from real wood, there will be slight variations in color and wood grain to what is shown in the photo.

*Because each product we create has been custom-made, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns on any products. No refunds.
*If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
*Personalization changes made after an order is placed are not guaranteed, but message us ASAP to see if it’s possible.
*If we have any questions about your order, we will message you as soon as possible. If there is no response within 48 hours, we will move forward with your order using our discretion.
SHIPPING:
*Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, we cannot change it after you make your purchase.
*Our processing time is 2-5 business days. This is the time it takes us to hand-make your order.
*Our packages are shipped via USPS. Please refer to the options stated at checkout for updated estimated transit times.
*We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or miss-delivered during transit.
*If a package is returned to us for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
*If your item was damaged in transit, send us a photo of the item and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery.
*Etsy provides an estimated delivery date at checkout. This is not guaranteed but is approximately when your package will arrive. *Please remember, once we turn your package over to USPS, we do not have control of it.
